To make this salad stand out, serve it over a fresh bed of lettuce. In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, raisins, grapes, pecans, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, Dijon, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Thin the Miracle Whip with a teaspoon or two of the pineapple juice and add the sugar. Place the chicken, apple, onion, and dried cranberries in a large bowl. Thinly slice the celery and halve or quarter the grapes depending on the size of the grapes. Drain the pineapple, but save the liquid. Made with with crisp apples, pears, grapes, celery, raisins, and walnuts and an incredibly easy creamy dressing, this salad is perfect for either lunch or dinner. Cut the cooked and cooled chicken breasts into small cubes. Enjoy with whole-grain crackers, if desired. Close the sandwich with another piece of bread. Top with 2 scoops of sandwich filling and spread evenly. Place lettuce over a piece of wheat bread. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl toss together chicken, mayonnaise, celery, pecans, apples, and grapes until well-combined. The fact that this salad has fruits and chicken all mixed together is a winner in my book. In a large bowl, combine chicken, Dijon mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, celery, poppy seeds and grapes. I absolutely loved the crunchiness of the apples and all the yummy creaminess. I had my first Waldorf salad over 20 years ago at a restaurant.
